First up, welcome to seven8pie! We’re chuffed that you’ve decided to join, and we think you’ll love it. Have a look around the store. I’d recommend browsing through the categories to get a feel for the products we stock. Or simply use the search bar to find your favorite brands or products
How do I sign-up?
On the home page click on the user icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Enter your details and you’re done.

Are your products Halal?
Yes, all our products are either certified by halal authorities or produced by muslim-owned businesses
How do I use a coupon?
If you’ve received a coupon to use at seven8pie, you’re really special. Once you’re done shopping on the site and you’ve moved on to View Your Cart, you will see a big red APPLY COUPON button on the bottom left below the list of products in your cart. Next to this button is a field to enter your coupon code. Type your coupon code here, click on the big red APPLY COUPON button and you should see your discount applied to the cart total on the right.
How do I get more info about the product before I buy it?
We’re working with all our suppliers to update every product with all the details you would typically find on the back of pack if you were shopping at a physical store. Click on a product to view the product details page where you will find all this info. In the meantime, should you have a question about a product, just pop us an email via the Contact Us link and we’ll get you the details you need as soon as possible. You can always add the product to your wishlist so that it’s quicker to find when you’re ready to buy.
How much is the delivery charge?
All areas within Durban up to Hillcrest in the west, Verulam in the north and Amanzimtoti in the south incur a R30 delivery charge per order. Delivery areas beyond this incur a R75 delivery charge per order.
My delivery has damaged or missing items. What should I do?
If your delivery has damaged or missing items, please notify us immediately via email. We will investigate and be in touch with you about next steps.
My delivery is late. What do I do?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org should there be any issue with your delivery. We will be in touch with the driver and promptly get back to you with an update.
What happens to my order if there is no one at the delivery address to receive it?
We will try to contact you at the number loaded on your profile. If we cannot reach you, we will be unable to deliver the order as we do not want to affect the quality of your products. We will reschedule your delivery and you may incur additional delivery charges for this.
Can I request special delivery times?
Our deliveries are between 9am and 4pm Mon-Fri. We will try to accommodate any specific requests but based on our delivery scheduling this might not always be possible.
When can I expect my delivery to arrive?
We deliver within 2-3 working days of your completed and paid order within the greater Durban area. If you’re on the North Coast (Tongaat to Stanger) or South Coast (Kingsburgh to Scottsburgh) your orders should be in at least 2 working days before our scheduled delivery days. That means Northerners should complete orders by Monday morning for delivery on Wednesday and Southerners should complete orders by Tuesday morning for Thursday delivery.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver within 2-3 working days of your order within the greater Durban area. This includes all areas in Durban up to Hillcrest in the west, Verulam in the north and Amanzimtoti in the south. We also deliver weekly on a Wednesday along the north coast covering Tongaat and the Dolphin Coast up to Stanger and Thursdays along the South Coast up to Scottsburgh. If you’re in an area that we don’t deliver to drop us a note at email@example.com and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.

Are my personal details secured?
At Seven8Pie, your privacy and security is of the utmost importance to us. We use SSL, which stands for Secure Socket Layer, to secure a person’s connection to our website. At the top of your browser you would notice a lock icon, this indicates that your connection to a website is secure.
I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?
Go to the login page and click on the “Lost your password?” link at the bottom. Enter your username or email address and a new password will be sent to your email address on file.
Will I receive unsolicited emails or text messages?
No. You will only be contacted regarding updates on your completed orders or if you subscribe to our newsletter.
Will my email address or other personal details be sold to others?
No. We are committed to privacy and confidentiality and will never sell your information to third parties.
Are my payment details like my credit card secure?
At seven8pie.com we do not store your credit card or any payment details. Once you checkout you are redirected to Payfast, one of South Africa’s leading online payment gateways. All personal and payment data that you share with Payfast are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 256-bit encryption. And your financial information, like credit card details, is not shared with seven8pie.
How do I change my account information / delivery address?
Once you’ve logged in, go to My Account which can be found by clicking on the user icon top right corner of the white search bar. Click on Addresses on the left-hand side panel and then click on edit next to the billing address or shipping address that you wish to edit. Click on Account Details on the left-hand side panel to edit your display name, email address or password.
